Документ Complex investigations of plant microbiota representatives(Одеський національний університет імені І. І. Мечникова, 2018) Kononiuk, Yu. V.; Marynova, I. V.; Adarma, N. Yu.; Stepaniuk, G.; Bratkevich, V.; Tverdokhlib, V. S.; Basiul, Olena V.; Limanska, Nataliia V.; Ліманська, Наталія ВікторівнаPhytopathogenic bacteria - crown gall agents - were isolated from grape plants. Antagonistic bacteria - also plant dwellers - were used to struggle these pathogens. Lactobacillus plantarum effectively inhibited crown gall agents and survived in soil at least for 45 days. Lactobacilli could interfere pathogenesis of the disease on a step of pathogen attachment. Together with Bacillus megaterium, lactobacilli showed stimulation effect on plant growth.Документ Effect of Lactobacillus plantarum on agent of damping-off of pine seedlings(Одеський національний університет імені І. І. Мечникова, 2018) Adarma, N. Yu.; Kononiuk, Yu. V.; Limanska, Nataliia V.; Ліманська, Наталія ВікторівнаEffect of some Lactobacillus strains and their combinations on agents of fusariosis of pine Fusarium sp. 17 has been studied. Bacteria of L. plantarum species could be studied as perspective microorganisms for improving germination of Scots pine seeds and protection of seedlings under the certain condition of soil treatment.Документ Stimulation and plant protection properties of Lactobacillus plantarum(Odessa I. I. Mechnikova National University, 2017) Kononiuk, Yu. V.; Adarma, N. Yu.; Melnikovich, D. B.; Limanska, Nataliia V.; Ліманська, Наталія ВікторівнаAntagonistic and plant stimulation activities of Lactobacillus plantarum strains were studied. 50% of the studied strains-antagonists caused the complete inhibition of Rhizobium radiobacter C58 on a model of carrot explants Daucus carrota L. If crown gall appeared, the manifestation of symptoms was less as compared with the control. Stimulation activity was studied on a model of seedlings of Quercus robur L. Treatment with L. plantarum suspensions didn’t improve the germination but positively effected the growth of seedlings (7,1-11,0% increase in plant height).
