Currently, there are a large number of organizations in the economy, absolutely all of them are unique. Each organization has a certain potential, its own management system, the composition of the workforce, etc. All organizations, even those that are engaged in one type of activity, can define its main goal in completely different ways, plan their activities to achieve this goal. But regardless of all the features of the organization, managers and subordinates strive to achieve the economic efficiency of the organization. The main goal of the entire management system of production and economic activity of any organization is to ensure its sustainable functioning in the external environment in the long term. When assessing the effectiveness of management, it is necessary to take into account that management implies both the definition of goals and ensuring their achievement throughout the entire period of the organization's activity.
