dc.description.abstractУ зв’язку з труднощами фінансування малих інноваційних підприємств в Україні виникає необхідність розвитку нових форм фінансування у сфері малого бізнесу. У статті досліджено питання фінансування інноваційного підприємства. Наведено загальну класифікацію джерел фінансування підприємств з інноваційною діяльністю, основними з яких є самофінансування, кредитування та зовнішнє інвестування. Проаналізовано нову для національної економіки форму фінансування – бізнес-ангели, діяльність яких спрямована на стимулювання розвитку інноваційної діяльності в Україні. Досліджено критерії вибору інноваційних проектів бізнес-ангелами як напряму інвестування. Розглянуто основні форми бізнес-ангелів, особливе місце серед яких займає асоціація бізнес-ангелів. Досліджено її роль в інноваційному розвитку підприємництва.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractВ связи с трудностями финансирования малых инновационных предприятий в Украине возникает необходимость развития новых форм финансирования в сфере малого бизнесе. В статье исследованы вопросы финансирования инновационного предприятия. Дана общая классификация источников финансирования предприятий с инновационной деятельностью, основными из которых являются самофинансирование, кредитование и внешнее инвестирование. Проанализирована новая для национальной экономики форма финансирования – бизнес-ангелы, деятельность которых направлена на стимулирование развития инновационной деятельности в Украине. Исследованы критерии выбора инновационных проектов бизнесангелами как направления инвестирования. Рассмотрены основные формы бизнес-ангелов, особое место среди которых занимает ассоциация бизнес-ангелов. Исследована ее роль в инновационном развитии предпринимательства.
dc.description.abstractNowadays innovation occupies a special place in an entrepreneurial activity. It becomes a factor for competitiveness of a modern enterprise. Thus, the issues of financing for enterprise’s innovative activity are urgent for the current management theory and practice. The main goal of the paper is to analyze the role of business angels in the innovative entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. Thus, such scientific methods were used during the study. They are the historical and logical analysis of the literature, a structural analysis, methods of comparative analysis and summarization. Scientific works of national and foreign scientists in the sphere of innovation management were used as the informational basis for the conducted research. In Ukraine there is a need for development new forms of funding in the small business sector due to the difficulties of financing for the small innovative enterprises. In the paper the issues of financing for the innovative enterprises are viewed. General classification of sources of financing for enterprises with innovative activity is given. Among them such main sources should be allocated, such as self-financing, crediting and external funding. Also the new financing form for national economy was considered. It is business angel, which activity is focused on stimulation of developing innovative activity in Ukraine. Criterions for selecting innovative projects by business angels as an investment direction are researched. Main forms of business angels, especially the association of business angels, are viewed. Its role in the innovative development of entrepreneurship is researched. The results of this study form the theoretical and methodological basis for practical improvement of the innovative activity of small enterprises in Ukraine by using the new form of financing, which is a business angel. Such a new financing form as business angel could become an effective gear for improving investment activity in the modern Ukrainian innovative sphere.
