Анотація
In the contemporary global economic landscape, supply chain management has transcended its traditional operational role to become a fundamental strategic imperative that profoundly shapes organizational success and economic development. The exponential growth in global trade, coupled with increasing market volatility and geopolitical tensions, has fundamentally transformed the nature and significance of supply chain management. According to World Trade Organization data, global trade restrictions increased by 45% between 2020 and 2023, directly impacting approximately US$1.5 trillion in international trade, which highlights the pressing need for adaptive supply chain strategies.
