Анотація
With the widespread use of the internet and smart technologies, digital marketing has been widely adopted by businesses. Digital marketing encompasses various tools and methods such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, and data analytics[1]. These tools not only enhance brand visibility, attract potential customers, and drive sales growth, but they also help businesses optimize resource allocation through precise targeting, personalized marketing, and data-driven decision-making. However, the resistance digital marketing encounters in traditional business management practices cannot be ignored. Traditional business management models are often conservative, with long decision-making chains, while digital marketing demands rapid responses and flexible adjustments, creating a conflict between the two[2].
