Анотація
Дипломний проєкт присвячено розробці інноваційної цифрової платформи, яка спрямована на оптимізацію процесу вибору закладів харчування, оформлення замовлень та управління бізнес-процесами для користувачів і власників закладів. Платформа забезпечує зручний інтерфейс для швидкого пошуку закладів за різними критеріями, ознайомлення з актуальними меню, оформлення попередніх замовлень із вибором часу отримання та отримання сповіщень про їх статус. Для власників закладів розроблено інтегровану CRM- систему, яка надає інструменти для управління профілем закладу, меню, замовленнями та аналітикою бізнес-показників. Проєкт реалізовано з використанням сучасних веб-технологій, зокрема React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, а також мікросервісної архітектури з REST API та WebSocket для забезпечення швидкої та надійної взаємодії між клієнтами, сервером і CRM- системою. Веб додаток створює екосистему, що сприяє економії часу користувачів, підвищенню ефективності ресторанного бізнесу та зменшенню екологічного впливу завдяки оптимізації замовлень і скороченню транспортних викидів.
The diploma project focuses on the development of an innovative digital platform, aimed at optimizing the process of selecting dining establishments, placing orders, and managing business processes for both users and restaurant owners. The platform provides an intuitive interface for quickly finding establishments based on various criteria, accessing up-to-date menus, placing pre-orders with selectable pickup times, and receiving order status notifications. For restaurant owners, an integrated CRM system offers tools for managing establishment profiles, menus, orders, and business performance analytics. The project is implemented using modern web technologies, including React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a microservices architecture with REST API and WebSocket to ensure fast and reliable interaction between clients, the server, and the CRM system. Web application creates an ecosystem that promotes time savings for users, enhances restaurant business efficiency, and reduces environmental impact through optimized order processing and minimized transportation emissions.
