Анотація
Авторами дослідження розглянуто процеси глобалізації економіки формує нові закономірності та змінює рівень відповідальності за сталий місцевий розвиток під час воєнного стану в Україні. Він сприяє посиленню ролі громад у забезпеченні економічного зростання як на локальному, так і на загальнодержавному рівнях. Глобалізація економіки запроваджує нові правила гри та змінює рівні відповідальності за місцевий розвиток. Вона посилює роль громаду формуванні економічного потенціалу локальних територій і країни загалом. Сучасне суспільство вже усвідомлює, що майбутнє України значною мірою залежить від можливостей і бажання громад активно займатися сталим розвитком. Завершення децентралізації і реформи місцевого самоврядування, а також впровадження принципу повсюдності самоврядування ставлять перед лідерами громад нові виклики та підвищену відповідальність за економічний і соціальний розвиток. Територіальні громади повинні трансформуватися з об’єктів управління на самостійні суб’єкти, здатні забезпечувати свою життєздатність. Це означає, що громади будуть відповідальні за планування свого розвитку, економічне майбутнє і добробут мешканців. Тому місцеві органи влади мають усвідомлювати виклики сучасності, володіти знаннями, інформацією та навичками для створення конкурентоспроможної об’єднаної громади.
The authors of the study considered the processes of economic globalization forming new patterns and changing the level of responsibility for sustainable local development during martial law in Ukraine. It contributes to strengthening the role of communities in ensuring economic growth at both the local and national levels. Economic globalization introduces new rules of the game and changes the levels of responsibility for local development. It strengthens the role of communities in shaping the economic potential of local territories and the country as a whole. Modern society is already aware that the future of Ukraine largely depends on the opportunities and desire of communities to actively engage in sustainable development. The completion of decentralization and reform of local self-government, as well as the introduction of the principle of universal self-government, pose new challenges and increased responsibility for economic and social development to community leaders. Territorial communities must transform from objects of management into independent entities capable of ensuring their viability. This means that communities will be responsible for planning their development, economic future and the well-being of residents. Therefore, local authorities must be aware of the challenges of modernity, possess the knowledge, information and skills to create a competitive community.
