dc.description.abstractВміст розчинних форм диференційних антигенів (sCD95, sCD18, sCD50, sHLA I, sCD54) вивчався методом ІФА з використанням моноклональних антитіл (AT) ІКО 20 і поліклональних АГ до антигенів мононуклеарних клітин периферичної крові людини. В контрольну групу увійшли 60 здорових донорів, співставлених за віком і статтю. За результатами проведеної роботи було встановлено, що критерієм адекватної відповіді імунної системи у пацієнтів з інфекційним мононуклеозом, викликаним вірусом Епштейн-Барр, являлось підвищення вмісту розчинних форм диференційних антигенів (sCD95, sCD18, sCD50, sHLAI, sCD54)uk
dc.description.abstractDiploma thesis «Peculiarities of diagnostics and treatment of infectious mononucleosis in different groups of patients» is expounded on 40 pages, is contains 3 tables and 1 figure. It provides links to 40 references (35 cerillic and 5 latinic). The aim of the study is the assessment of the content of soluble forms of differentiation antigens in patients with infectious mononucleosis caused by Epstein-Barr virus, depending on gender, ege, severity of illness, comorbidities, the presence of viral DNA. The indices of immune response were studied in 68 patients with infectious mononucleosis caused by the Epstein-Barr virus (35 males, 33 females), ages 18-to 30 years. The content of soluble forms of differentiation antigens (sCD95, sCD18, sCD50, sHLA I, sCD54) has been studies with enzyme immunoassay using monoclonal antibodies Mab Ico-20 and polyclonal antibodies to the antigens of the mononuclear cells of the peripheral blood. The control group included 60 healthy volunteers matched for age and sex with the main group. According to the results of this performed work the criterios for an adequate immune response in patients with infectious mononucleosis caused by the EpsteinBarr virus was faund to be the increase of the contenr of soluble forms of differentiation antigens (sCD95, sCD18, sCD50, sHLAI, sCD54).
