dc.description.abstractThe specifics of the implementation of decentralization reforms in European countries are analyzed. Based on foreign experience, the positive and negative aspects of decentralization are summarized, and ways of implementing reforms on decentralization of power in Ukraine are determined. The main opportunities and contradictions of decentralization in Ukraine are identified.en
