Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню наявних передумов стратегічного планування на регіональному рівні, визначенню проблем, що пов’язані з реалізацією даного процесу.
Авторами запропоновано власне бачення того, які інститути мають приймати активну
участь у процесі розробки стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку регіону, як необхідно між ними перерозподілити функції, повноваження та обов’язки з метою підвищення якості управлінської діяльності та реалізації реформи децентралізації управління.
The article investigates the existing preconditions for strategic planning at the regional level, the definition of the problems associated with the implementation of tne process. Authors’ offer their own vision of what institutions should take an active role in the development of socio-economic development of the region as needed between redistribute the functions, powers and responsibilities to improve the quality of management and implementation of the decentralization reform management.
