dc.description.abstractВ статті визначено підвищення актуальності впровадження системного підходу до управління фінансово-економічної безпеки авіаційної галузі в умовах форс-мажорних обставин, зокрема загрози пандемії коронавірусу. Наведено ключові фактори невизначеності для авіаційної галузі та генезу вирішення проблем щодо зривів в її роботі на прикладі обставин вересня 2002 року в США. Сформовано та обґрунтовано основні напрямки організації такої системи, якими є розробка державних заходів з підтримки лізингових механізмів фінансування галузі як державними, так і комерційними лізинговими компаніями; розвиток авіаційного страхування через підвищення лімітів відповідальності та створення пулів страховиків; розробка програм захисту (defense program) в авіаційній галузі, спираючись на стандарти інтегрованого ризик-менеджменту.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article determines the increase of relevance of the introduction of a systematic approach to the management of financial and economic security of the aviation industry under conditions of force majeure, in particular the threat of a coronavirus pandemic. The key factors of uncertainty for the aviation industry and the genesis of the problems of disruptions in its work are presented, as exemplified by the circumstances of September 2002 in the USA. The basic directions of organization of such a system, which are the development of state measures to support the leasing mechanisms of financing the industry by both state and commercial leasing companies, have been formed and substantiated; development of aviation insurance through raising of limits of liability and creation of pools of insurers; developing defense programs in the aviation industry based on integrated risk management standards.
