Анотація
Розглянуто актуальність підготовки майбутніх психологів в сучасних умовах, зумовлених суспільними викликами та зростаючою потребою у психологічних послугах. Зроблено акцент на компетентнісному підході у вищій освіті, що дозволяє забезпечити баланс між теоретичними знаннями та практичними навичками. Особливу увагу приділено впровадженню інтерактивних методів навчання, розвитку ключових професійних компетенцій, таких як емпатія, критичне мислення та стресостійкість. Проаналізовано досвід Одеського національного університету імені І. І. Мечникова у підготовці фахівців, зокрема введення нових дисциплін, спрямованих на формування практичних навичок студентів. Наголошено на важливості підвищення кваліфікації викладачів, їхньої цифрової компетентності та інтеграції сучасних освітніх технологій. Зазначено, що практичний досвід викладачів дозволяє ефективно поєднувати теоретичне навчання з реальними кейсами, що сприяє формуванню висококваліфікованих спеціалістів у сфері психології.
The relevance of training future psychologists in modern conditions, caused by social challenges and the growing need for psychological services, is considered. The emphasis is placed on a competency-based approach in higher education, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Special attention is paid to the implementation of interactive teaching methods, the development of key professional competencies, such as empathy, critical thinking and stress resistance. The experience of Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University in training specialists is examined, in particular the introduction of new disciplines aimed at developing students’ practical skills. The importance of improving the skills of teachers, their digital competence and the integration of modern educational technologies is emphasized. It is noted that the practical experience of teachers enables them to effectively combine theoretical training with real cases, which contributes to the formation of highly qualified specialists in the field of psychology.
