Анотація
The corpus of factual material for the investigation comprises more than 100 limericks by Edward Lear taken by means of a consecutive selection from a variety of sources listed in the section “Literature”. We have also analyzed more than 500 limericks by contemporary authors chosen by means of random selection from the on-line dictionary of limericks The Omnificent English Dictionary In Limerick Form.
