The relevance of improving human capital management in Chinese companies is determined by the fundamental transformations occurring in the global economy, technological landscape, and labor markets. In the era of digitalization, artificial intelligence, automation, and global competition, human capital has become a decisive strategic asset that defines the innovative capacity, productivity, and long-term competitiveness of enterprises. For China – one of the world’s fastest-growing innovation centers – the effective development and management of human capital is not only an economic necessity but also a key pillar of national strategies aimed at technological leadership and sustainable development.
