dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено практику застосування безвідходних технологій в різних сферах АПК (м'ясній, молочній, зерновій, хлібопекарській, кондитерській, пивоварній, фармацевтичній промисловостях) у розрізі проблематики виконання Глобальної програми сталого розвитку на 2016—2030 роки. Визначено цілі сталого розвитку, спрямовані на ефективне використання ресурсів та застосування більш чистого й безвідходного виробництва (ціль 8, ціль 9, ціль 12). Розглянуто практику впровадження безвідходних технологій в АПК у провідних державах світу (США, Данії, Чехії, Німеччині, Великобританії, Польщі, Угорщині, Франції, Італії, Нідерландах, Японії). Акцентовано увагу на необхідності впровадження в Україні сучасних безвідходних технологій у господарський обіг на основі позитивного міжнародного досвіду у сфері поводження з відходами АПК. Доведено, що для запобігання глобальних викликів безпеці, людству необхідне агропромислове виробництво нового типу, що буде відповідати принципам сталого розвитку. Обгрунтовано, що світові тенденції поводження з відходами АПК свідчать про зміну акцентів щодо їх використання, а саме про перехід на безвідходне виробництво, що забезпечує комплексну переробку агропромислових відходів, досягнення економічної, екологічної та соціальної ефективності.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the practice of using non-waste technologies in various spheres of the agro-industrial complex (meat, dairy, grain, baking, confectionery, brewing, pharmaceutical industries) in the context of the implementation of the Global Sustainable Development Program for 2016—2030. The goals of sustainable development aimed at the efficient use of resources and the use of cleaner and non-waste production are identified (Goal 8, Goal 9, Goal 12). The practice of introducing non<waste technologies in agro-industrial complexes in the leading countries of the world (USA, Denmark, Czech Republic, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Hungary, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Japan) is considered. The emphasis is placed on the need to introduce modern non<waste technologies into economic circulation in Ukraine on the basis of positive international experience in the field of waste management of the agro-industrial complex. It has been proved that in order to prevent global security challenges, mankind needs agro-industrial production of a new type that will meet the principles of sustainable development. It is substantiated that the world trends of agro-industrial waste management show a shift in emphasis on their use, namely the transition to non-waste production, which ensures the integrated processing of agro-industrial waste, achievement of economic, ecological and social efficiency.
