dc.description.abstractАктуальність проблеми управління персоналом, особливо в умовах воєнного стану в Україні, є беззаперечною. Дана стаття присвячена дослідженню процесів формування та управління кількісним і якісним складом команди (екіпажу судна), що дає змогу оцінити потенціал і ефективність людських ресурсів екіпажів морських суден в умовах турбулентності. У цій публікації проведено аналіз організаційно-економічних механізмів розвитку людських ресурсів і структур управління, використовуючи як приклад суднові екіпажі. У контексті глобальної турбулентності, військових дій в Україні та їх впливу на розвиток різних галузей економіки, зокрема морської індустрії, все більшого значення набуває вдосконалення методології управління проєктами. До факторів, що ускладнюють формування оптимального екіпажу, належать: людський фактор, висока мінливість у плануванні базових операцій та виконання значної частини робіт екіпажем в умовах підвищеного ризику на борту судна. Серед ключових проблем, що перешкоджають створенню ефективного екіпажу, виділяється значна турбулентність у процесах планування основних операцій і завдань на морських або річкових суднах. uk
dc.description.abstractThe relevance of the problem of personnel management, especially in the minds of the military camp in Ukraine, is irrefutable. This article is dedicated to the study of the processes of formation and management of the team’s physical and operational structure (ship's crew), which allows us to assess the potential and effectiveness of human resources crews of sea vessels in the midst of turbulence. This publication contains an analysis of organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of human resources and management structures, which are used as a basis for ship crews. In the context of global turbulence, military operations in Ukraine and their influx into the development of various economic sectors, including the maritime industry, a thorough methodology is becoming increasingly important. project management. Factors that complicate the formation of an optimal crew include: the human factor, high intensity in the planning of basic operations and the selection of a significant part of the work of the crew in the minds of the assigned personnel on board the vessel. Among the key problems that confront the creation of an effective crew is turbulence in the processes of planning the main operations and orders on a marine or river vessels.en
