Анотація
У роботі наведено результати дослідження густини та контракції водних розчинів сироваткового альбуміну людини в залежності від концентрації розчину. Показано, що розведення фармакологічних форм максимальних концентрацій 20% дозволяють відокремити окіл особливої точки, концентрація якої співпадає з нативними значеннями протеїнів у плазмі крові. Особливості поведінки густини розчинів добре узгоджуються з даними по показникам рН та заломлення світла.
The paper presents the results of a study on the density and contraction of aqueous solutions of human serum albumin as a function of solution concentration. The obtained dependence of the pH of the solutions on concentration, when diluting pharmacological forms of albumin at maximum concentrations, confirms the presence of a specific point in the simple subsystem of blood – the water-albumin solutions with a concentration of 0.06 g/ml, above which it can be considered as one of the factors of blood homeostasis. It is shown that dilution of pharmacological forms at maximum concentrations of 20% allows isolating the region around the specific point, whose concentration coincides with native protein values in blood plasma. The behavior of solution density aligns well with data on pH and refractive index. The characteristics of contraction and refractive index of aqueous albumin solutions near the specific point confirm that structural transformations occur there, and the common features of human albumin and ovalbumin indicate its universality as one of the factors in metabolic processes across many biosystems.
