Анотація
Фермерське рибне господарство є одним із важливих напрямів сільськогосподарського виробництва, який відіграє значну роль у забезпеченні населення якісними продуктами харчування, збереженні природних ресурсів і розвитку сільської місцевості.
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра став аналіз сучасного стану фермерського рибного господарства в Україні, ідентифікація його ключових проблем та перспектив. У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра здійснено комплексний аналіз сучасного стану фермерського рибного господарства в Україні, а також порівняння його з міжнародними практиками у галузі аквакультури.
Зважаючи на глобальні тенденції розвитку рибного господарства, фермерські рибні господарства стають важливим компонентом продовольчої безпеки, економіки та екології багатьох країн, зокрема України, яка має значний потенціал для розвитку аквакультури. У роботі вивчається поточний стан фермерських господарств в Україні, включаючи їх структуру, виробничі потужності, види вирощуваних риб, а також аналізуються основні проблеми, з якими стикаються вітчизняні фермери. Окрему увагу приділено міжнародним практикам у галузі фермерського рибного господарства. Проаналізовано успішні приклади розвитку аквакультури в таких країнах, як Норвегія, Китай, Чилі та Японія, що дозволяють досягти високих результатів у виробництві рибної продукції за допомогою сучасних технологій, сталих методів господарювання та підтримки з боку державних органів.
Farm fish farming is one of the most important areas of agricultural production, which plays a significant role in providing the population with quality food, preserving natural resources and developing rural areas. The purpose of the master's thesis was to analyze the current state of farm fisheries in Ukraine, identify its key problems and prospects. The master's thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of farm fisheries in Ukraine and compares it with international practices in the field of aquaculture. Given the global trends in fisheries development, farmed fisheries are becoming an important component of food security, economy and environment in many countries, including Ukraine, which has significant potential for aquaculture development. The paper examines the current state of farms in Ukraine, including their structure, production capacity, and species of fish farmed, and analyzes the main problems faced by domestic farmers. This includes issues of financing, technological modernization, environmental requirements and insufficient state support. Special attention is paid to international practices in the field of farm fish farming. Successful examples of aquaculture development in countries such as Norway, China, Chile, Japan and Japan are analyzed, which allow achieving high results in the production of fish products with the help of modern technologies, sustainable management practices and support from government agencies.
