Анотація
At present, knowledge in the field of market strategy and the ability of entrepreneurs and managers to choose the right direction for organizational development are becoming decisive factors in the success of any organization, regardless of its field of activity and business industry.This is due to the intensification of competition in all sectors of economic activity without exception, the urgent requirements of competition rules for business innovation, the globalization and internationalization of business and many other areas of social life, which involve almost all countries and regions in their orbit. Strategic management is also necessary to define long-term development prospects on a sound and scientific basis, to plan the resources required to implement selected strategies and to develop effective mechanisms to monitor their implementation.
