Анотація
Дослідження присвячене актуальній проблемі формування професійної етики майбутнього викладача в умовах інтеграції української вищої освіти у європейський простір та посилення вимог до академічної доброчесності. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю подолання виявленого науково- педагогічного дисбалансу між теоретичним усвідомленням етичних норм та практичною готовністю майбутніх фахівців до їхнього застосування у складних ситуаціях. В ході дослідження було теоретично обґрунтовано та розроблено структурно-функціональну модель, яка складається з цільового, змістового, процесуального та діагностично-результативного блоків.
Запропонований критеріальний апарат включає ціннісно-мотиваційний, когнітивний та діяльнісно-поведінковий критерії; розроблений комплекс цілеспрямованих заходів щодо формування професійної етики майбутніх викладачів в процесі фахової підготовки; рекомендації щодо впровадження сучасних технологій навчання та перспективні напрями подальших досліджень
The study addresses the urgent problem of developing the professional ethics of future teachers in the context of integrating Ukrainian higher education into the European space and strengthening the requirements for academic integrity. The relevance of the topic is determined by the necessity of overcoming the revealed scientific and pedagogical imbalance between the theoretical awareness of ethical norms and the practical readiness of future specialists to apply them in complex situations. In the course of the research, a Structural and Functional Model was theoretically substantiated and developed, consisting of target, content, procedural, and diagnostic-resultative blocks. The proposed criteria apparatus includes value- motivational, cognitive, and activity-behavioral criteria; a complex of purposeful measures was developed for the formation of professional ethics of future teachers during their professional training; recommendations for the implementation of modern teaching technologies and promising directions for further research were formulated.
