dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито специфіку інструментів антикризового управління банком залежно від фаз онтогенезу банку. Протягом останніх десятирічь відбувається активна трансформація світової фінансової архітектури. Ці процеси відбуваються під впливом загальноекономічних тенденцій, політичних шоків, що викликають серйозні структурні дисбаланси та потребують зміни парадигми управління системами, зокрема банками, на різних стадіях їх життєвого циклу. Вищезазначені обставини підтверджують актуальність вибраної тематики. Досліджено та виокремлено п’ять фаз життєвого циклу банківської установи, кожна з яких може призвести за певних умов до кризи системи, що викликало необхідність аналізу антикризового управління на предмет виявлення, чи є воно окремим інструментом або видом менеджменту, який застосовується лише певний період часу.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractВ статье раскрыта специфика инструментов антикризисно- го управления банком в зависимости от фаз онтогенеза банка. В течение последних десятилетий происходит активная трансформация мировой финансовой архитектуры. Эти процессы происходят под влиянием общеэкономических тенденций, политических шоков, вызывающих серьезные структурные дисбалансы и требующих изменения парадигмы управления системами, в частности банками, на разных стадиях их жизненного цикла. Вышеуказанные обстоятельства подтверждают актуальность выбранной тематики. Исследованы и выделены пять фаз жизненного цикла банка, каждая из которых при определенных условиях может привести к кризису системы, что привело к необходимости анализа антикризисного управления на предмет выявления, является ли оно отдельным инструментом или видом менеджмента, используемого лишь в определенный период времени.
dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the specifics of anti-crisis management tools of the Bank depending on the phases of ontogenesis of the Bank. In recent decades, there has been an active transformation of the global financial architecture. These processes occur under the influence of General economic trends, political shocks, causing serious structural imbalances and require changes in the paradigm of management systems, in particular banks at different stages of their life cycle. Since modern crises have a cascading distribution scenario, effective crisis management is a necessary condition for the stability of a single bank and the banking system as a whole. The above circumstances confirm the relevance of the chosen topic. The study of the life cycle (ontogenesis) of the bank is urgent and necessary in order to be able to select the most effective management tools at each stage of the bank's functioning, including crisis period. Therefore, in the research, we investigate the possibility to combine the stages of the bank's life cycle and the transformation of the bank's management system, if it is possible to achieve useful results of this integration. Ontogenesis of the bank is the successive stages of its development and functioning as a system, each of which has certain characteristics. Since banks as systems differ in scale (capital, assets), specificity (geographic location, network availability and its size, industry orientation, etc.) and the structure of corporate rights (ownership). It can be argued that the types of life cycle for different clusters will be different, especially the duration of the phases and the life cycle itself. In the article, we analyze and identify five phases of the life cycle of a banking institution, each of which could lead to certain conditions before the crisis of the system. Thus, it should be noted, that at each stage of the life cycle of the bank the periods of instability differ, that determine the specifics of the management tools used. Besides, the above-mentioned raise the question if the anti-crisis management is a separate tool or kind of management that applies only for a certain period.
