Анотація
In the context of rapid global economic transformation, intensifying technological competition, and expanding digital ecosystems, the issue of ensuring and strengthening enterprise competitiveness has become a key strategic priority for companies worldwide. Chinese enterprises, which have demonstrated unprecedented rates of growth, innovation, and market expansion over the last two decades, represent a unique model of competitiveness formation that combines state-driven development, advanced digitalization, large-scale investment in research and development, and the active implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. Their managerial practices, strategic priorities, and organizational models increasingly influence global market dynamics, setting new benchmarks for efficiency, adaptability, and technological leadership. At the same time, the complexity of competitive environments is continuously increasing due to geopolitical uncertainty, disruptions in global supply chains, the restructuring of international trade relations, and constant changes in consumer preferences. Under such conditions, traditional tools and approaches to competitiveness management become insufficient. Enterprises – especially those operating in high-tech and innovation-intensive sectors – need conceptually updated, flexible, and integrated systems for managing strategic advantages, technological capabilities, and organizational resilience.
