dc.description.abstractРоботу присвячено визначенню форми взаємодії клітин Candida albicans з бактеріями видів Staphylococcus aureus та Pseudomonas aeruginosa при утворенні полівидових асоціацій. Під час утворення полівидової асоціації між бактеріальними клітинами та дріжджоподібною (середовище Сабуро) або гіфальною (середовище Спайдер) формами C. albicans розвивається антагоністична взаємодія. У складі полівидової біоплівки чутливість гіфальної форми C. albicans до присутності бактерій була вищою, ніж у дріжджоподібних клітин. Термостійкі екзометаболіти небілкової природи, що продукуються P. aeruginosa, на 22-47 % пригнічували здатність до утворення біоплівки C. albicans у порівнянні з контролем. Основні результати роботи було представлено в доповідях студентських та міжнародних конференцій, за матеріалами яких опубліковано 8 тез у відповідних збірниках праць.uk
dc.description.abstractThe work was dedicated to the definition of the interaction form between Candida albicans and bacteria cells of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa species during the formation of associations. During the formation of the association between bacterial cells and yeast (Saburo media) or hyphal (Spider media) forms of C albicans the antagonistic interaction is developed. In composition of multispecies biofilm sensitivity of the C. albicans hyphal form to the presence of bacteria was higher than in yeast cells. Heat-resistant exometabolites with non-protein nature, produced by P aeruginosa, repressed the C. albicans ability to form biofilms compared with controls in 22-47 %. The main results were presented at student and international conferences, reports were published 8 abstracts in the appropriate Proceedings.
