Анотація
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є створення інформаційної системи для моніторингу та оцінювання якості обслуговування з акцентом на медичні послуги, що сприяє підвищенню ефективності управління медичними ресурсами. Система забезпечує зручний інструмент для збору, аналізу та інтерпретації даних про якість наданих послуг.
У процесі розробки використовувалися сучасні технології та інструменти: мова програмування Java у середовищі розробки IntelliJ IDEA, фреймворк Spring MVC для створення серверної частини, HTML і CSS для розробки зручного інтерфейсу користувача, база даних MySQL для зберігання даних, Google Forms для автоматизації опитувань, а також JUnit для тестування функціональності та відповідності специфікаціям.
У результаті розроблено систему моніторингу та оцінки якості послуг. Система дозволяє автоматизувати процеси збору відгуків від клієнтів, аналізувати результати та формувати звіти для подальшого прийняття рішень.
The objective of this master's qualification work is to develop an information system for monitoring and evaluating service quality, with a focus on medical services, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of medical resource management. The system provides a convenient tool for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on the quality of services provided. Modern technologies and tools were employed during the development process: the Java programming language within the IntelliJ IDEA development environment, the Spring MVC framework for creating the server-side components, HTML and CSS for designing a user-friendly interface, the MySQL database for data storage, Google Forms for automating surveys, and JUnit for testing functionality and compliance with specifications. As a result, a system for monitoring and evaluating the quality of medical services has been developed, which can be integrated into a medical resource management system. The system enables the automation of patient feedback collection processes, analysis of results, and generation of reports for further decision-making.
