Сетевой подход (network approach) сложился относительно недавно, но уже успел завоевать широкую популярность среди политологов. К их числу относятся концепции политико-управленческих “сетей” Д. Ноука, “сообществ” (communities) Дж.Ричардсона, “потоков” (streams) Дж. Кингдона, “подсистем” (subsystems) П. Сабатьера и ряд других. В основе всех перечисленных концепций лежит идея о том, что по мере усложнения современного общества сетевая форма социальной организации становится доминирующей.
Economical transformation in Hungary after 1989 had big impact on the social stratification; new “business class” emerged on the base of old socialist nomenclature. That class had enough will to create a sort of “network society”, where corruption and illegal ties between owners and government flourished, but not enough experience to finish socio-economical transformations until entering the EU in 2004. World economical crises in 2008 influenced on Hungarian economy badly, but it threw light upon many undecided problems, among them on the problem of top managers’ moral who were stealing crises funds.
