Проанализированы современные методологии управления ИТ-проектами, их характеристики, ограничения, сферы применимости. Описаны преимущества архитектурного компонентно-ориентированного подхода к управлению ИТ-проектами на основе модели сложности Кеневин. Приведены примеры эффективной практической реализации подхода в деятельности корпораций Microsoft и 1С.
