dc.description.abstractУ статті представлено результати дослідження ставлення до ЗУ «Про протидію булінгу» різних соціальних груп. Розглянуто феномен булінгу в соціально-психологічному та соціально-правовому контекстах. Аналізується питання булінгу та всіх його різновидів. Виявлено соціально-психологічні особливості представників різних соціальних груп. Виявлено і проаналізовано особливості ставлення представників різних соціальних груп до ЗУ «Про протидію булінгу». У дослідженні брали участь учні 7–11-х класів, батьки учнів та педагогічні працівники. Здійснено емпіричне дослідження, за результатами якого було встановлено, що педагогічні працівники більше схильні до рефлексії, ніж учні або батьки учнів. Для учнів більш характерним є низький рівень переконання, що навколишній світ доброзичний та справедливий. Основна увага приділяється результатам емпіричного дослідження особливостей ставлення респондентів безпосередньо до ЗУ «Про протидію булінгу». Виявлено, що серед учасників освітнього процесу спостерігається їх освіченість стосовно змісту даного Закону. Педагогічні працівники більше схильні вважати даний Закон ефективним, хоча переважна більшість респондентів уважають його неефективним або малоефективним. Установлено, що значних позитивних змін у житті суб’єктів даного Закону не відбулося. Також виявлено, що більшість учасників освітнього процесу схильна вважати ЗУ «Про протидію булінгу» доцільним, але таким, який потребує доопрацювання. Отримані в даній роботі результати, безумовно, мають практичну цінність, але не можуть бути повністю розкриті у рамках представленого емпіричного матеріалу. Це зумовлює необхідність перспективи як теоретичного розвитку даної теми, так і подальшої емпіричної верифікації отриманих результатів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article presents the results of a study of the attitude to the law «On combating bullying» of different social groups. The phenomenon of bullying in socio-psychological and socio-legal contexts is considered. The issue of bullying and all its varieties is analyzed. Socio-psychological features of representatives of different social groups are revealed. The peculiarities of the attitude of representatives of different social groups to the Law «On Combating Bullying» were identified and analyzed. The study involved students in grades 7-11, parents and teachers. An empirical study has shown that teachers are more likely to reflect than students or parents of students. Students are more characterized by a low level of belief that the world around them is benevolent and just. The main attention is paid to the results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of the attitude of respondents directly to the Law «On Combating Bullying». It was found that among the participants of the educational process there is their education regarding the content of this Law. Teachers are more inclined to consider this law effective, although the vast majority of respondents consider the law ineffective or ineffective. It has been established that no significant positive changes have taken place in the lives of the subjects of this Law. It was also found that most participants in the educational process tend to consider the Law «On Combating Bullying» appropriate, but one that needs to be finalized. The results obtained in this paper, of course, have practical value, but can not be fully disclosed in the framework of the presented empirical material. This necessitates the prospect of both theoretical development of this topic and further empirical verification of the results
