Анотація
The dynamics of business ecosustem im high tech industry and business model evolution in modern business is a vital part of global competitiveness of China companies and one of the fundamental factor of its fast innovation growth and ecreasing efficiency. The emergence of business ecosystem concept has significantly altered traditional perception of industrial relations as well as competition relations. This transformation has been particularly pronounced in China, where a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, government policies and regional economic landscape shaped the novel form of business partnership, especially in the field of high tech industries. Tradinionally being grounded on the technological development, the business ecosystem approach requires much stronger inclusion of the customer for strategy formulation. That posed a challenge to many chines high tech companies, tradionally relaying on production excellence for their growth strategies. Xiaomi is one of China's leading high tech companies, which adopts the innovative approaches to consumer engagement and value co-creation. The company integrates advanced technologies, consumer-centric strategies, and comprehensive ecosystem development to provide a valuable case for examining evolution of business ecosystems in China high tech industries.
