dc.description.abstractАктуальність земельної реформи як для аграрного сектору економіки, так і для національної економіки загалом неможливо переоцінити, особливо враховуючи процеси глобалізації та інтеграції країни у світо- вий економічний простір. Загалом питання реформування земельних відносин для Укра- їни, без перебільшення, є пріоритетним напрямом стратегічного розвитку націо- нальної економіки. Сьогодні від реалізація земельної реформи, що проводиться в Укра- їні, залежить не тільки продовольча безпека країни, а й темпи розвитку всіх галузей національної економіки. Пошук оптималь- ної та, що головне, дієвої моделі земельних відносин між усіма суб’єктами аграрного ринку вимагає консолідованого підходу до вирішення цього питання з обов’язковим урахуванням інтересів усіх його учасників. Метою земельної реформи має стати зрос- тання економічної ефективності аграрного сектору економіки, зменшення або повна лік- відація соціальної напруги у аграрній сфері, викорінення корупції у земельних питаннях, повноцінний розвиток усіх форм господарю- вання, починаючи від малого бізнесу та закін- чуючи великим бізнесом тощоuk_UA
dc.description.abstractАктуальность земельной реформы как для аграрного сектора экономики, так и для национальной экономики в целом невоз- можно переоценить, особенно учитывая процессы глобализации и интеграции страны в мировое экономическое простран- ство. В целом, вопрос реформирования земельных отношений для Украины, без преувеличения, является приоритетным направлением стратегического развития национальной экономики. Сегодня от реа- лизация земельной реформы, которая про- водится в Украине, зависит не только про- довольственная безопасность страны, но и темпы развития всех отраслей националь- ной экономики. Поиск оптимальной и, что главное, действенной модели земельных отношений между всеми субъектами аграр- ного рынка требует консолидированного подхода к решению этого вопроса с обяза- тельным учетом интересов всех его участ- ников. Целью земельной реформы должен стать рост экономической эффективно- сти аграрного сектора экономики, умень- шение или полная ликвидация социального напряжения в аграрной сфере, искоренение коррупции в земельных вопросах, полноцен- ное развитие всех форм ведения хозяйства, начиная от малого бизнеса и заканчивая большим бизнесом.
dc.description.abstractEarth is a national geopolitical capital of the country, which plays a fundamental role not only in its socio-economic development, but also as a pledge of its independence. The relevance of land reform for the agrarian sector of the economy and for the national economy as a whole cannot be overestimated, especially given the processes of globalization and integration of the country into the world economic space. The development of the agroindustrial complex has historically been based on universally recognized values, one of which is private ownership, including land ownership. This conclusion is confirmed by the modern land reform, which underlies the transformation of land ownership relations. In general, the issue of reforming land relations for Ukraine, without exaggeration, is a priority direction for the strategic development of the national economy. This assertion is unquestionable given that Ukraine remains an agricultural country in one way or another and, accordingly, this sector requires comprehensive research to find new optimal ways of improving the legal, economic, social and environmental aspects in line with the current realities of the world geopolitical situation. Today, not only the country's food security, but also the pace of development of all sectors of the national economy depend on the implementation of land reform in Ukraine. Finding the best and most importantly effective model of land relations between all actors of the agrarian market requires a consolidated approach to address this issue, with due regard for the interests of all its participants. The goal of land reform should be to increase the economic efficiency of the agricultural sector of the economy, reduce or completely eliminate social tensions in the agricultural sector, eradicate corruption in land issues, complete development of all forms of management, starting from small business and ending with big business, etc. Therefore, the development and implementation of a rational mechanism for the state management of land resources and the formation of effective land relations in Ukraine remains a relevant area for scientific research. It should be noted that the reforms were supported by society when the state combined economic, social, agrarian, land and administrative-territorial transformations and took into account the opinion of the community.
