dc.description.abstractРоботу присвячено дослідженням із питань управління інформаційними ресурсами як засобу формуван- ня сучасної концепції функціонування підприємства. При цьому визначено, що інформаційні ресурси у сучас- них умовах є основним чинником конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Щодо ефективного використан- ня інформаційних ресурсів підприємства передбачається побудова доступу до них основних економічних агентів, що зумовлює ризик інформаційної безпеки. Отримані практичні результати показали можливості оптимального управління інформаційними ресурсами на основі найкращих НТТР-серверів, систем моніто- рингу та моделей доступу користувачів. Розроблена модель наочно показала можливості моделювання поведінки користувачів під час доступу до інформаційних ресурсів. Подальший розвиток досліджень у дано- му напрямі передбачає побудову поведінкових моделей користувачів для зближення виробників і споживачів в умовах цифровізації.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractРабота посвящена исследованиям по вопросам управления информационными ресурсами как средства формирования современной концепции функционирования предприятия. При этом определено, что информационные ресурсы в современных условиях являются основным фактором конкурентоспособности предприятия. Относительно эффективного использования информационных ресурсов предприятия предусматривается построение доступа к ним основных экономических агентов, что обусловливает риск информационной безопасности. Полученные практические результаты показали возможности оптимального управления информационными ресурсами на основе наилучших НТТР-серверов, систем мониторинга и моделей доступа пользователей. Разработанная модель наглядно показала возможности моделирования поведения пользователей при доступе к информационным ресурсам. Последующее развитие исследований в данном направлении предусматривает построение поведенческих моделей пользователей для сближения производителей и потребителей в условиях цифровизации.ru
dc.description.abstractThis paper focuses on research on information resource management as a means of shaping the modern concept of enterprise operations. In the current conditions of business transformation, the vector of business preferences is shifting towards information resources, which in the conditions of the digital economy become the main factor of enterprise competitiveness. Active activity of the enterprise in the field of application of modern information technologies allows efficient use of information resources of the organization. Starting from the control of physical operations through information systems, it is possible to move to replace real information activities with digital ones and further to the formation of new forms of production connections using modern data exchange technologies. Electronic interaction of the enterprise provides the possibility of access of its business partners, agents and clients to certain information resources through the web portal. As a result, an information security problem may arise. Thus, we are asked to consider existing approaches to monitoring and modeling the behavior of users of information systems, to discover their advantages and disadvantages and to offer our own effective approach to solving problems of security of access to information resources of the enterprise. The authors have conducted research into HTTP server as foundation of enterprise interaction with business partners, agents and clients. Also we have analyzed existing http servers based on criteria of query processing performance, configuration, operating system support, labor-intensive installation, reliability, process and thread creation, operation, log files. However, creating an efficient platform for accessing enterprise information resources is not limited to choosing the optimal http server. The necessary condition is the availability of monitoring technologies, according to which adequate models of user behavior can be built. So, the authors have analyzed of existing monitoring technologies. We also conducted research into existing approaches to modelling user behavior. As a result of the research, the authors have developed their own model, which describes the behavior of the user (or categories of users) when accessing the information resources of the enterprise based on Markov chains. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of optimal management of information resources on the basis of the best HTTP servers, monitoring systems and user access models. The subsequent development of research in this direction provides for the construction of behavioural models of users to bring producers and consumers closer together in conditions of digitalization. Implementation of promotional models will help optimize the management of information resources presented in modern cases.en
