Анотація
Картоплярство займає важливе місце в сільському господарстві країни. Для України картопля є одним з основних продуктів харчування. Це найважливіша продовольча, кормова і технічна культура. Однак в останні роки спостерігається значне зниження обсягів виробництва картоплі. У 2023 році посівні площі під картоплею в усіх категоріях господарств зменшилися на 0,8 % – до 1308,9 тис. га.
Продуктивність картоплі істотно обумовлена не тільки біологічними особливостями сорту і грунтово-кліматичними умовами, а й агротехнічними прийомами, такими як терміни, глибина, густота і способи посадки, мінеральні добрива. В умовах помірно континентального клімату України вивчення впливу агрокліматичних факторів на врожайність картоплі є актуальним. Сьогодні картопля - один з найважливіших джерел живлення людини і годування тварин. Вона займає п'яте місце в світі серед джерел енергії в харчуванні людини після пшениці, кукурудзи, рису і ячменю. Основна цінність картоплі, заради чого вона і обробляється - це бульба.
Potato growing occupies an important place in the country's agriculture. For Ukraine, potatoes are one of the main food products. This is the most important food, fodder and industrial crop. However, in recent years there has been a significant decrease in potato production. In 2023, the area sown under potatoes in all categories of farms decreased by 0.8% - to 1308.9 thousand hectares. Potato productivity is significantly determined not only by the biological characteristics of the variety and soil and climatic conditions, but also by agrotechnical techniques, such as timing, depth, density and methods of planting, mineral fertilizers. In the conditions of the moderately continental climate of Ukraine, the study of the influence of agroclimatic factors on potato yield is relevant. Today, potatoes are one of the most important sources of human nutrition and animal feed. They rank fifth in the world among energy sources in human nutrition after wheat, corn, rice and barley. The main value of potatoes, for which they are cultivated, is the tuber.
