dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено актуалізації проблеми академічної доброчесності, наслідкам для суспільства та держави бездіяльності щодо порушення академічної доброчесності в сучасних умовах діяльності системи вищої освіти України та проголошеної європейської інтеграції. Розглянуто дослідження та роботи науковців, присвячені проблемі боротьбі з академічною недоброчесністю. У сучасній педагогічній науці тримається науковий інтерес навколо наслідків порушення норм академічної доброчесності. Визначено основні суб’єкти формування академічної доброчесності в закладах вищої освіти. Проаналізовано основні можливості учасників освітнього процесу та органів управління вищою школою щодо попередження порушення етичних принципів та правових норм в освітньому процесі та формування академічної доброчесності в закладах вищої освіти. Зазначено, що особливу увагу необхідно приділити умовам прийому на посади науково-педагогічних працівників, зокрема вимоги щодо відповідного рівня морального розвитку, необхідності всебічного роз’яснення особам, які навчаються в закладах вищої освіти, основ академічного письма та наслідків порушення норм академічної доброчесності. Серед основних суб’єктів виокремлено роль органів управління закладом вищої освіти у формуванні академічної доброчесності, зокрема: Кабінету Міністрів, Міністерства освіти і науки України, засновника закладу вищої освіти, Національної академії наук України, Національного агентства із забезпечення якості вищої освіти, керівника закладу вищої освіти, керівника факультету (інституту), Вчених рад закладів вищої освіти, Наглядової ради, ректоратів, приймальної комісії, науково-педагогічних працівників, органів громадського самоврядування, студентського самоврядування, профспілкових організацій, осіб, які навчаються в закладах вищої освіти тощо. В процесі дослідження було виявлено, що саме взаємодія всіх суб’єктів освітніх відносин є запорукою високого рівня сформованості академічної доброчесності закладу вищої освіти.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the actualization of the academic integrity problem, the consequences for the society and the state of inaction on the violation of academic integrity in the current conditions of the Ukrainian higher education system and proclaimed European integration. The researches’ and scientists’ works on the problem of combating academic fraud were considered. There is a scientific interest in the consequences of violations of academic integrity standards in modern pedagogy. The main subjects of academic integrity formation in higher education institutions were identified. The main opportunities of the educational process participants and higher school management administration to prevent violation of ethical principles and legal norms in the educational process and formation of academic integrity in higher education institutions were analyzed. It was noted that special attention should be paid to the conditions for the employment of teaching-scientific staff, in particular the requirements for the appropriate level of moral development. Also attention should be paid to the demand for a comprehensive explanation to persons studying in higher education of the basics of academic writing and the consequences of academic integrity violations. The role of the higher school administration in the formation of academic integrity was highlighted as the main subject. In particular, the role of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the founder of the higher education institution, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, the Head of the Faculty (Institute), the Academic Councils of higher education institutions, the Supervisory Board, the admission board, the teaching-scientific staff, the public self-government bodies, the student governments, the trade union committees, the students of higher education, etc. The study found that the interaction between all subjects of educational relations is the key to the high level of academic integrity in higher education institutions.
