dc.description.abstractThe right to privacy, or in other words, the right to possess and dispose of information about oneself, is, at first glance, as obvious and basic as the right to life. At the same time, the issue of its legal protection raises significant difficulties, especially in the context of globalization and the availability of various telecommunications, in particular, the Internet. The rapid spread of information and automatic processing of personal data complicate control over information, and the anonymity provided by the Internet only increases the risks of encroachment on users' privacy.en
