dc.description.abstractДослідження процесів діджиталізації в органах державного фінансового контролю набуває особливого значення в контексті реформи управління публічними фінансами в Україні, курсу на євроінтеграцію та необхідності наближення до міжнародних стандартів і кращих практик. Цифрова трансформація є одним із ключових пріоритетів Стратегії реформування системи управління державними фінансами на 2022-2025 роки. Саме тому комплексне дослідження теоретичних засад, сучасного стану, перспектив та ризиків діджиталізації в діяльності органів державної влади на прикладі Південного офісу Держаудитслужби є актуальним та своєчасним завданням, що має важливе теоретичне та прикладне значення для розвитку системи публічного управління в Україні. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є обґрунтування теоретико-методологічних засад та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесів діджиталізації в діяльності органів державної влади на прикладі Південного офісу Держаудитслужби.
dc.description.abstractThe study of digitalization processes in state financial control bodies is of particular importance in the context of the reform of public finance management in Ukraine, the course towards European integration and the need to approach international standards and best practices. Digital transformation is one of the key priorities of the Strategy for Reforming the Public Finance Management System for 2022-2025. That is why a comprehensive study of the theoretical foundations, current state, prospects and risks of digitalization in the activities of state authorities using the example of the Southern Office of the State Audit Service is a relevant and timely task that has important theoretical and applied significance for the development of the public administration system in Ukraine. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for improving digitization processes in the activities of state authorities using the example of the Southern Office of the State Audit Service.
