dc.description.abstractВ роботі проведені дослідження щодо впливу аутоімунного тиреоїдиту на динаміку вмісту гормонів щитовидної залози та перебіг і результат вагітності. Показано, що динаміка зміни кількості тиреоїдних гормонів і тиреотропного гормону у жінок з аутоімунною патологією відрізняється від здорових вагітних. В анамнезі жінок, які страждають аутоімунним тиреоїдитом, була присутня значна кількість самовільних абортів, екстрагенітальної патології. У крові цих жінок на початку вагітності відзначений високий титр антитіл до тканин щитовидної залози. Наявність високого титру антитіл не зробило негативного впливу на функціональний стан щитовидної залози новонароджених. Роботу викладено на 55 сторінках, вона містить 8 таблиць та 7 рисунків. Наведено посилання на 76 джерела літератури (72 кирилицею та 4 латиницею).uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn this paper, studies were conducted on the effect of autoimmune thyroiditis on the dynamics of the content of thyroid hormones and the course and outcome of fertility. It is shown that the dynamics of changes in the amount of thyroid hormones and thyroid-stimulating hormone in women with autoimmune pathology is different from healthy pregnant women. In the history of women suffering from autoimmune thyroiditis, there was a significant number of spontaneous abortions, extragenital pathologists. In the blood of these women, at the beginning of pregnancy, a high titer of antibodies to the tissues of the thyroid gland was noted. The presence of high antibody titer did not adversely affect the functional state of the thyroid gland of newborns. This paper describes the 55 page, it comprises a table 8 and figure 7. Leading references to 76 source literature (72 сyrillic and 4 latinіс).
