Анотація
Досліджено особливості генералізації епілептиформної активності під
час формування класичного пентилентетразолового кіндлінгу у щурів віком
п’ять та вісім тижнів, три та шість місяців за умов різних інтервалів введення
конвульсанту. При розрахунку кіндлінгових доз зареєстрували їх зменшення
із віком від 42 мг/кг до 22 мг/кг. Виявили, що зменшення інтервалу введення
петилентетразолу до 24 годин приводило до збільшення часу формування
кіндлінгу. Найбільший час генералізації судомної активності зареєстрували у
шестимісячних щурів, найменший - у тварин віком 5 тижнів.
Серед трьохмісячних щурів зареєстрували три варіанти генералізації
судом: у 40 % тварин більш ранній, ніж у решти термін розвитку генералізо-
ваних клоніко-тонічних судом, у 40 % - повна генералізація після останньої
ін’єкції конвульсанту та відсутність розвитку важких судом у 20 %. В групі
шестимісячних тварин розвиток важких судом зареєстрували у 60 % щурів
після останніх ін’єкцій конвульсанту, у треті - такі судоми не генерувалися.
Роботу викладено на 36 сторінках, вона містить 3 таблиці. Наведено
посилання на 46 джерел літератури (8 кирилицею та 38 латиницею).
The dependence of age and conditions of pentylenetetrazol injections in the induction of generalization during classic pharmacological kindling in rats were investigated. The kindling protocol in 5- and 8-week-, 3- and 6-month-old rats was provided. The ED16 for induction of clonic convulsions was used as the kindling doze. The pentylenetetrazol-kindling showed an age-dependent decrease in kindling doze from 42 mg/kg to 22 mg/kg. Among the 3- month-old rats the variants of seizure generalization were recorded: in 40 % of animals earlier than at in other term of the occurrence of clonic-tonic seizures, 40 % - complete generalization of seizures after the last injection and the absence of severe seizures in 20 %. In the group of 6-month-old animals development of severe seizures were recorded in 60 % of rats after the last covulsant's injection, in others - such seizures were not generated. Diploma thesis is presented on 36 pages, it contains 3 tables. It provides links to 46 references (8 cyrillic and 38 latinic).
