Анотація
Метою магістерської кваліфікаційної роботи є створення ефективного та надійного інструменту для автоматичного зчитування та розпізнавання тексту зображень, що дозволяє забезпечити швидку обробку та цифровізацію текстової інформації.
Методи розробки базуються на класичних методах обробки зображень для виділення та розпізнавання тексту, а також на мові програмування Python та бібліотеках Pillow, Tesseract OCR, Scikit-Image і OpenCV.
Результатом роботи є система для оптичного розпізнавання символів (OCR) з використанням класичних методів.
The goal of this works is to create an effective and reliable tool for automatic reading and recognition of the text of images, which allows for quick processing and digitization of text information. The development methods are based on classical image processing methods for text extraction and recognition, as well as the Python programming language and the Pillow, Tesseract OCR, Scikit-Image and OpenCV libraries. The result of the work is a system for optical character recognition (OCR) using classical methods.
