dc.description.abstractУ тезах доповіді викладено ідею важливості проведення судової експертизи під час розслідування незаконного проведення пошукових робіт на місці археологічної спадщини; визначене поняття судово-медичної експертизи; запропонував питання експерту під час підготовки рішення про призначення експертизи, зокрема, арт-дослідження, а саме, при дослідженні зазначеного складу злочинів за кваліфікацією частини 1 ст. 298 Кримінального кодексу України: незаконне проведення археологічних розвідок, земляних робіт, інших земляних робіт або підводних робіт на місці археологічної спадщини; наявність в дослідженні історика-експерта під час розслідування зазначеного злочину.uk
dc.description.abstractIn the theses of the report, the idea of the importance of conducting forensic examination during the investigation of the illegal conduct of search works on the site of the archaeological heritage is set forth; defined notion of forensic examination; proposed questions to the expert during the preparation of the decision on the appointment of expertise, in particular, art studies, namely, when investigating the specified crime composition under the qualification of Part 1 of Art. 298 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: illegal conduct of archaeological exploration, excavation, other earthwork or underwater works at the site of the archaeological heritage; the presence of an expert-art historian during the investigation was investigated during the investigation of the said crime.uk
