Анотація
Метою роботи з'явилося визначення HLA-генетичного профілю у вікових групах одеської популяції. Дослідження проводилися в лабораторії імунології Одеської обласної станції переливання крові і в лабораторії клінічної імунології Одеської обласної дитячої лікарні. Обстежено 707 здорових людей.
Виявлено, що з підвищеною частотою в популяції зустрічалися антигени HLA-А9, А10, В5, В7, В13, В35, а із зниженою – HLA А19, А28, А32, В21, В22, В40, В41. Отримана інформація про перерозподіл частот HLA-антигенів в популяції з віком.
Роботу викладено на 48 сторінках, вона містить 5 таблиць та 2 рисунки. Наведено посилання на 44 джерела літератури (41 кирилицею та 3 латиницею)
The purpose of the work was to determine the HLA-genetic profile in the age groups of the Odessa population. The research was carried out in the laboratory of immunology of the Odessa regional blood transfusion station and in the laboratory of clinical immunology of the Odessa Regional Children's Hospital. 707 healthy people were examined. HLA-A9, A10, B5, B7, B13, B35 antigens and HLA-A19, A28, A32, B21, B22, B40, B41 antigens were detected with high frequency in the population. The information on the distribution of HLA antigens in a population with age is obtained. The work is presented in 48 pages, it contains 5 tables and 2 figures. Reference is made to 44 sources of literature (41 Cyrillic and 3 Latin).
