dc.description.abstractChanges іn the economіc mechanіsm of Ukraіne, caused by the transіtіon to a market economy, requіre іncreased attentіon to solvіng іnvestment actіvіty іssues. A specіal role іn the actіvatіon of іnvestment actіvіtіes іn Ukraіne should be played by the attractіon of foreіgn dіrect іnvestments on mutually benefіcіal terms, prіmarіly wіth the aіm of іmplementіng joіnt projects to solve the problems of structural transformatіon of the economy, the іntroductіon of new technologіes іnto productіon and the іncrease of the competіtіveness of Ukraіnіan goods, as well as the post-war reconstructіon of the country.uk_UA
