Анотація
In modern scientific works, the basis of the study of the competitiveness of an enterprise is the long-term survival of enterprises and the long-term competitive position, over a long period of time there are various factors of the competitiveness of an enterprise that can change, for enterprises some factors cannot be influenced by the power of an individual enterprise, for example, the law, infrastructure, politics, etc. However, some factors are controllable by the enterprise, such as the material resources, human resources, and organizational capabilities controlled by the enterprise, which can be changed through efforts. Competitive advantage is not once established is immutable, even if the company's own resources and capabilities remain at the original level, or even improved, but when competitors catch up or surpass faster than the enterprise, the relative competition between enterprises will also change. Enterprises in a disadvantaged position can catch up with or even surpass those in a dominant position through imitation and innovation. Therefore, for competitive advantage to sustain over a long period of time, it needs to be achieved through corporate management activities
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the importance of human capital in enterprise operation and management has become more and more apparent, and the effective development and utilization of human capital is more and more necessary to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
