dc.description.abstractСтатья посвящена исследованию вопросов об услугах охраны как гражданско-правовой категории. В статье рассматриваются вопросы об общих признаках услуг как объекте гражданского права, а также вопросы об определении признаков услуг охраны. При разрешении вопросов об определении признаков услуг охраны, автор выделяет общие признаки и специальные, которые присущи именно данному виду услуг. В научной статье также предпринята попытка определить понятие услуг охраны.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the study of protection services as a civil category. The article discusses questions about common features of services as an object of civil law, as well as questions about the definition of signs of protection services. When resolving questions about the definition of signs of security services, the author identifies general and special features that are inherent in this particular type of service. The scientific study determined that protection services are characterized by such common features of services as civil law objects as: the synchronization of the provision and consumption of services, the inseparability of services from the source from which they originate, unrealized result of services, non-persistence of the result of services. In addition to the listed common features, special features are characteristic of security services. As such signs, one can consider the sign of confidentiality, as well as a sign indicating that measures to carry out security activities are aimed at protecting against illegal encroachments. The scientific article also attempts to define the concepts of security services. Security services are the activities (actions) of the contractor consumed by the customer at the time of its implementation and not creating a tangible result, aimed at achieving the goal associated with the organization of measures to ensure the safety of individuals and protected property.
