Анотація
Торгівля людьми залишається однією з найбільш небезпечних форм порушення прав людини, що має серйозні соціальні, економічні та психологічні наслідки для постраждалих осіб. В умовах повномасштабної війни в Україні масштаби цього явища зросли, що пов’язано з посиленням соціальної вразливості населення, масовим переміщенням людей, руйнуванням соціальних зв’язків та економічною нестабільністю. Війна спричинила значне зростання кількості осіб, які були змушені залишити місце проживання або шукати можливості працевлаштування за межами країни, що підвищує ризики потрапляння у ситуації експлуатації. Особливо вразливою категорією є жінки, які частіше за інших стають жертвами різних форм експлуатації, зокрема сексуальної або трудової.
У системі допомоги постраждалим важливе місце посідають професійні методи соціальної роботи, спрямовані на комплексну підтримку осіб, які пережили досвід експлуатації. Одним із таких підходів є кейс-менеджмент, що передбачає індивідуальний супровід клієнта, оцінювання його потреб, планування допомоги, координацію соціальних, психологічних та правових послуг, а також моніторинг результатів підтримки, що дозволяє забезпечити взаємодію різних суб’єктів соціальної допомоги та сприяє відновленню соціального функціонування постраждалих.
У процесі роботи з жінками, які пережили торгівлю людьми, важливу роль відіграє кризове соціальне консультування, спрямоване на стабілізацію емоційного стану клієнтки, відновлення відчуття безпеки та формування ресурсів для подальшої соціальної інтеграції. У статті розглянуто основні етапи кейс-менеджменту у соціальній роботі з жінками, постраждалими від торгівлі людьми, а також проаналізовано практичні аспекти застосування консультативних технік, зокрема стабілізаційних методів психологічної підтримки. Обґрунтовано значення поєднання кейс-менеджменту та кризового консультування як ефективного механізму організації комплексної психосоціальної допомоги.
Human trafficking remains one of the most dangerous forms of human rights violations, causing serious social, economic, and psychological consequences for victims. In the context of the full-scale war in Ukraine, the scale of this phenomenon has increased due to the growing social vulnerability of the population, mass displacement, the destruction of social ties, and economic instability. The war has led to a significant increase in the number of people who have been forced to leave their homes or seek employment opportunities abroad, which increases the risk of falling into situations of exploitation. Women constitute a particularly vulnerable group, as they more often become victims of various forms of exploitation, including sexual or labor exploitation. Within the system of assistance to victims, professional methods of social work play an important role, aimed at providing comprehensive support to individuals who have experienced exploitation. One of such approaches is case management, which involves individualized client support, assessment of needs, planning of assistance, coordination of social, psychological, and legal services, as well as monitoring the outcomes of support. This approach makes it possible to ensure cooperation among different actors involved in social assistance and contributes to restoring the social functioning of victims. In working with women who have experienced human trafficking, crisis social counseling plays an important role, aimed at stabilizing the client’s emotional state, restoring a sense of safety, and developing resources for further social integration. The article examines the main stages of case management in social work with women victims of human trafficking and analyzes practical aspects of applying counseling techniques, including stabilization methods of psychological support. The importance of combining case management and crisis counseling as an effective mechanism for organizing comprehensive psychosocial assistance is substantiated.
