dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено роль цифрових технологій у забезпеченні сталого розвитку вищої освіти, визначено основні тенденції цифрової трансформації освітнього та наукового процесів в умовах глобальних викликів. Розглянуто економічні, соціальні та екологічні аспекти цифровізації освіти та її впливу на формування суспільства, орієнтованого на баланс між технологічними інноваціями, етичними аспектами та соціально-економічними викликами в умовах наближення до технологічної сингулярності. Метою статті є дослідження ролі цифрових технологій у забезпеченні сталого розвитку вищої освіти, визначення ключових переваг та викликів їх впровадження, обґрунтування напрямів подальшої цифрової трансформації вищої освіти задля підвищення стійкості цифрового освітнього і наукового простору та забезпечення конкурентоспроможності закладів вищої освіти у контексті їх сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано основні сучасні тенденції цифрової трансформації освітнього процесу, вплив цифрових інструментів на якість навчання та доступність освіти. Розглянуто ключові виклики та перспективи інтеграції інноваційних технологій у сферу вищої освіти. Основними викликами визначено цифровий розрив, кібербезпека, якість викладання, якість освітнього контенту, екологічна стійкість цифровізації, економічна ефективність впровадження цифрових технологій у закладах вищої освіти тощо. Розроблено модель формування сталого цифрового освітнього простору закладу вищої освіти. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо ефективного впровадження цифрових технологій задля сталого розвитку закладів вищої освіти: розвиток відповідальності та цифрової культури; розвиток якісної цілісної цифрової інфраструктури; запровадження освітніх програм для викладачів і студентів щодо підвищення їх цифрової грамотності, зростання добробуту; ефективна інтеграція цифрових технологій у навчальний та науково-дослідний процес у контексті їх відповідності реальним потребам і викликам, орієнтованих на формування навичків працевлаштування; розвиток адаптивних моделей навчання, стимулювання ефективних цифрових методів навчання та науково-дослідної роботи у контексті розвитку аналітичного, критичного, креативного мислення здобувачів, інклюзію інновацій; захист персональних даних та забезпечення інформаційної безпеки; інвестиційне забезпечення цифрової трансформації освіти та науки й ін. Результати дослідження підтверджують, що впровадження цифрових технологій сприяє ефективності організації та управління освітніми процесами, зменшенню екологічного навантаження та формуванню необхідних компетенцій для досягнення глобальних цілей сталого розвитку. uk
dc.description.abstractThe article explores the role of digital technologies in ensuring the sustainable development of higher education. It identifies the main trends in the digital transformation of educational and scientific processes in the context of global challenges. The economic, social, and environmental dimensions of digital education's impact on societal development, particularly the pursuit of a balance between technological innovation, ethical considerations, and socio-economic challenges in the context of approaching technological singularity, are examined. The purpose of the article is to study the role of digital technologies in ensuring the sustainable development of higher education, identify key advantages and challenges of their implementation, substantiate the directions of further digital transformation of higher education to increase the sustainability of digital educational and scientific space, and ensure the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the context of their sustainable development. A thorough analysis of the prevailing trends in the digital transformation of the educational process, the impact of digital tools on the quality of education, and the accessibility of education is conducted. The key challenges and prospects for integrating innovative technologies into higher education are considered. The analysis uncovers a range of obstacles, including the digital divide, cybersecurity concerns, the quality of teaching and educational content, the environmental sustainability of digitalization, and the cost-effectiveness of digital technologies in higher education institutions. A model for forming a sustainable digital educational space for a higher education institution has been developed. The following recommendations are proposed for the effective implementation of digital technologies for the sustainable development of higher education institutions: the development of responsibility and digital culture; the development of high-quality integral digital infrastructure; the introduction of educational programs for teachers and students to improve their digital literacy and well-being; effective integration of digital technologies into the educational and research process in the context of their compliance with real needs and challenges, focused on the formation of employment skills; development of adaptive learning models, stimulation of effective digital teaching methods and research work in the context of developing analytical, critical, creative thinking, inclusion of innovations; protection of personal data and ensuring information security; investment support for the digital transformation of education and science, etc. The results of the study confirm that the introduction of digital technologies contributes to the efficiency of the organization and management of educational processes, reducing the environmental burden and developing the necessary competencies to achieve global sustainable development goals.en
