dc.description.abstractThe article describes characteristics of subjects of tourism activities in Ukraine. The prospects of development of tourism in Ukraine and the Odessa region were examined. A brief description of the main types of tourism in the Odessa region was done. It was found that essential condition to the development of tourism in the region is the consolidation of efforts of business, public and regional authorities as well as the development of tourist attraction of all districts of Odessa region, not just the coastal zone.uk
