В статті представлено модель механізму функціонування інституційної архітектоніки бюджетного процесу на місцевому рівні, яка ґрунтуються на врахуванні дії базових детермінантів виникнення бюджетного процесу на місцевому рівні, інституцій його здійснення, бюджетних методів та важелів.uk
