dc.description.abstractThere are considered the issue of legal regulation of the powers of lawyers and legal consultants in Ukraine in the scientific work. The problems of delimitation and interaction of the powers of lawyers and legal consultants in Ukraine are analyzed. There are explored the legal framework governing the powers of lawyers and legal consultants in Ukraine. The similarities and differences in the legal status, functions, and responsibilities of these professionals, paying particular attention to the boundaries of their respective powers are highlighted in the scientific work. There identified gaps and inconsistencies in current legislation that complicate the clear delineation of their roles. There is also given special focus to the challenges of interaction between lawyers and legal consultants, including issues of competition, duplication of functions, and the protection of clients' rights. There are proposed directions for improving legal regulation to ensure effective cooperation and clearer separation of powers between these legal professionals in Ukraine’s legal system.en
