dc.description.abstractВ сучасних умовах глобалізації, цифровізації та розвитку креативних індустрій управління проєктами в установах сфери культури є надзвичайно актуальним. Це пояснюється тим, що по-перше, сфера культури стала важливим елементом економіки багатьох країн, по-друге, установи культури часто мають обмежене фінансування та ресурси, і саме проєктний підхід дає можливість оптимізувати управління фінансовими, людськими та матеріальними ресурсами, підвищуючи ефективність їх роботи. При цьому посилюється відповідальність держави за обрану стратегію реалізації культурної політики як одного із видів стратегічної управлінської діяльності. Інакше оцінюється роль держави як суб’єкта управління, усвідомлюється необхідність розробки інноваційних концепцій культурної політики. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження управління проєктною діяльністю як форми організації соціально-культурних заходів в установах сфери культури, в тому числі, на прикладі ОНАТОБ (Одеського національного академічного театру опери та балету).
dc.description.abstractIn the current conditions of globalization, digitalization and development of creative industries, project management in cultural institutions is extremely relevant. This is explained by the fact that, firstly, the sphere of culture has become an important element of the economy of many countries, and secondly, cultural institutions often have limited funding and resources, and it is the project approach that makes it possible to optimize the management of financial, human and material resources, increasing the efficiency of their work. At the same time, the state's responsibility for the chosen strategy for implementing cultural policy as one of the types of strategic management activities is increasing. The role of the state as a management entity is assessed in different ways, and the need to develop innovative concepts of cultural policy is recognized. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to research the management of project activities as a form of organization of social and cultural events in cultural institutions, including, on the example of ONAOBT (Odesa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet).
