Анотація
У роботі досліджено розвиток академічної мобільності в контексті сучасних глобальних трансформацій та євроінтеграційних процесів, із фокусом на аналізі можливостей та викликів програми Erasmus+. Розкрито теоретичні засади поняття академічної мобільності, її сутність, види, класифікаційні ознаки та роль у системі вищої освіти. Проаналізовано історичні передумови становлення академічної мобільності в Європі та Україні, окреслено ключові етапи розвитку інтернаціоналізації освітнього простору. Виокремлено проблемні аспекти організації мобільності в українських ЗВО та сформульовано рекомендації щодо її подальшого розвитку в Україні на інституційному й державному рівнях.
The work examines the development of academic mobility in the context of contemporary global transformations and European integration processes, with a focus on analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the Erasmus+ program. It reveals the theoretical foundations of the concept of academic mobility, its essence, types, classification features, and role in the higher education system. The historical prerequisites for the formation of academic mobility in Europe and Ukraine are analyzed, and the key stages in the development of the internationalization of the educational space are outlined. Problematic aspects of the organization of mobility in Ukrainian higher education institutions are highlighted, and recommendations for its further development in Ukraine at the institutional and state levels are formulated.
