dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена закладам вищої освіти як невід’ємного інституту суспільства та одного з основних осередків формування академічної доброчесності. Зокрема, висвітлено бачення основної місії університетів в розрізі часу, призначенні університетів як охоронців культурної спадщини та вплив університетів на розвиток суспільства та держави. Наголошено на масовості вищої освіти в Україні та наведені данні статистики щодо кількості закладів вищої освіти в України та чисельність осіб, що в них навчаються. Висвітлено основні складності з якими вимушені стикатися в своїй діяльності сучасні заклади вищої освіти України. Наголошено на проблемі недовіри до університетів, зокрема надано данні соціологічного опитування станом на вересень 2022 року щодо довіри до університетів серед населення України. Також підкреслено що переважна більшість працівників закладів освіти та науки є особами, які здобули свою освіту в закладах вищої освіти. Надано визначення академічній доброчесності як одного з основних складових академічної культури. Також надано визначення поняття «центр» та на прикладі Одеського національного університету імені І. І. Мечникова продемонстровані можливості стати необхідним місцем задля зосередження діяльності щодо формування стандартів академічної доброчесності. Визначено поняття формування академічної доброчесності в закладах вищої освіти. Зроблено акцент на питаннях щодо якостей, які повинні бути сформовані в учасників освітнього процесу закладу вищої освіти задля забезпечення дотримання академічної доброчесності. Наголошено на складності процесу формування академічної доброчесності, необхідних вимогах та особливостях його організації. Виявлені основні суб’єкти від яких залежить ефективний процес формування академічної доброчесності в закладі вищої освіти. Зокрема, проаналізована роль, повноваження та можливості Міністерства освіти і науки України, керівника закладу вищої освіти, науково-педагогічних працівників в цьому процесі. У ході дослідження було наголошено на важливості та необхідності присутності у відповідальних суб’єктів волі при досягненні мети формуванні академічної доброчесності в закладі вищої освіти та окреслені подальші дослідження щодо проблеми формування академічної доброчесності в закладах вищої освіти.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to institutions of higher education as an integral institution of society and one of the main center of formation of academic integrity. In particular, the vision of the main mission of universities in terms of time is highlighted, the appointment of universities as guardians of cultural heritage and the influence of universities on the development of society and the state. The mass of higher education in Ukraine is emphasized and statistical data on the number of higher education institutions in Ukraine and the number of people studying in them are given. The main difficulties with which modern institutions of higher education of Ukraine have to face in their activities are highlighted. The problem of distrust in universities is emphasized, in particular, the data of a sociological survey as of September 2022 regarding trust in universities among the population of Ukraine is provided. It is also emphasized that the vast majority of employees of educational and scientific institutions are persons who received their education in institutions of higher education. The definition of academic integrity as one of the main components of academic culture is given. The definition of the concept of "center" is also given, and using the example of the Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University, the possibility of becoming a necessary place for the concentration of activities related to the formation of standards of academic integrity is demonstrated. The concept of formation of academic integrity in institutions of higher education is defined. Emphasis is placed on the needs arising as a result of the qualities that must be formalized in the participants of the educational process of the institution of higher education in order to ensure compliance with academic integrity. The complexity of the process of formation of academic integrity, the necessary requirements and peculiarities of its organization are emphasized. The main subjects on which the effective process of forming academic integrity in a higher education institution depends are identified. In particular, the role, powers and capabilities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the head of a higher education institution, scientific and pedagogical workers in this process are analyzed. In the course of the study, the importance and necessity of the presence of responsible subjects of will in achieving the goal of formation of academic integrity in the institution of higher education was emphasized, and further research on the problem of formation of academic integrity in institutions of higher education was outlined.
